Inishowen Engineering Manufacturing Ltd, Owenboy, Drumfries, Co. Donegal F93 NY98 is hiring Quality Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections and audits, analyzing production processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with quality management systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive operational excellence. You will play a key role in identifying process improvements, reducing defects, and supporting a culture of quality throughout the organization. A background in manufacturing or engineering, along with knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis and Six Sigma, would be highly advantageous. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36605 – €40000.
