O’Brien Cement Limited is hiring Production Technicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. Duties will include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance, recording production data, and assisting with process improvements to optimise productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a keen attention to detail. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting, along with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement, would be highly beneficial. This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week with an annual salary range of €37544 – €40000.
