The successful candidate will supervise mechanical tradespeople and subcontractors, plan and oversee daily work activities, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget while fostering a positive, safety-focused team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, proven experience in mechanical supervision, and the ability to solve problems effectively in a fast-paced work environment. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €67,000-€77,000.
