The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day allocation of work, ensure maintenance and repair tasks are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. You will provide hands-on technical support, mentor team members, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities, and help drive continuous improvement across operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, proven supervisory experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to health and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership role within a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €60,000-€70,000.
